Processing and Shipping

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email notification when your order has shipped with a USPS tracking number included. Expected delivery is within 7-10 business days from the date of order. If shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, it may take longer than 10 business days for your order to arrive. 

Please contact us at sales@klip2kart.com if it is past 15 days from your shipping confirmation and you have not yet received your order (20 days for orders to Alaska and Hawaii). Include your name, order number, and tracking number and we will investigate the situation. 

If you need a rush shipment or other shipping variation not currently offered, please email us and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Shipping charges and extra fees may be applied. 

Delays

Delays may occur for a variety of reasons outside of our control: weather conditions, natural disasters, traffic, high order volume, holidays, global events, labor shortages, supply chain issues, failed delivery attempts, lost packages, unclear/inaccurate/incomplete/damaged shipping labels or packages, acts of god, or other. We will do our best to communicate these delays if they occur. 

Domestic Shipping Only

We offer free shipping for all 50 United States. Currently we do not ship internationally. Please contact us if you are interested in an international shipment.  

Taxes

Your order may be subject to taxes. Klip2Kart is not responsible for these taxes; they are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

You can always contact us for any return question at sales@klip2kart.com.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging within 90 days of the order being placed. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and order number.
