Rick Davidian
Founder and President
Rick found success throughout his career in lead engineering roles with tool company titans including Irwin, Stanley Black & Decker, and Techtronic Industries, acquiring a myriad of patents. He developed products that have helped countless people do things faster, better, and easier.
Throughout his career, Rick cultivated a compassionate approach to problem-solving. He understood that the best solutions often come from personal struggles and experiences. With this mindset, he founded the parent company, Univate.
When developing the concept of Klip2Kart, Rick understood the journey of taking a product from idea to market and knew a team effort was in order. He assembled his choice team of dedicated friends and colleagues that share his passion for helping others while employing their own industry knowledge and experience.
Amanda Carr
Vice President of Marketing
With career experience in medical device marketing that focused on elevating quality of life, Amanda eagerly joined parent company Univate for the purpose of co-guiding and launching Klip2Kart.
In addition to other corporate marketing positions, she was the Network Development Manager for Philips Lifeline (Originally ‘Lifeline Systems'). She worked directly with notable inventor Andrew Dibner bringing Lifeline units from solely being monitored in hospital environments to individuals in homes across America, providing confidence of safety and well-being to millions.
Establishing her practice Heart of Palms Wellness in 2020, Amanda also brings her passion for wellness to her clients and the greater community through proactive health agendas and partnerships.
